This year, we’re excited to introduce a unique community project: a collaboration between House Number 3, Chef Hamudi, and local artist Nur Minawi , a talented Jaffa-based ceramicist.

At House Number 3, we celebrate the connection between food, culture, and tradition. Nur’s work enhances our culinary experience by blending Japanese heritage with Jaffa’s rich history. Inspired by generations of craftsmanship from his family—and working alongside his renowned father, Abu Hassan—Nur creates pieces that reflect both tradition and innovation.

Just like Jaffa, which has long been a melting pot of flavors and cultures, Nur’s ceramics highlight the beauty of diversity. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to complement the organic, seasonal ingredients in our dishes.
